How to Delete Your Account

Deleting your account from the app

You can delete your World Cup Stickers account directly from the app at any time. Follow the steps below:

1. Open the World Cup Stickers app on your phone.
2. Sign in to your account if you're not already logged in.
3. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom menu.
4. Go to Settings (gear icon in the top corner).
5. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
6. Confirm the deletion by reading the notice and tapping Delete permanently.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your account and login data (name, email) are permanently removed.
• Your collection, scanned stickers and trade history are erased.
• Vendor registrations linked to your account are also removed.
• This action is irreversible — the account cannot be recovered after deletion.
• Some data may be retained for a limited period when required by law.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app or prefer another channel, send an email to contato@figurinhadacopa.com with the email address registered to your account and the subject "Account deletion". We will process your request within 7 business days.
