• Device: model, operating system, language and device identifiers.
• Location: approximate location to display nearby swap spots (only with your permission).
• Camera: camera access to scan stickers. Images are processed locally and not stored on our servers.
• Cookies & analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. This data is anonymized.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, maintain and improve the App and Site.
• Process vendor registrations and send related communications.
• Display swap spots near your location.
• Send notifications about your collection, trades and service updates.

• Service providers: Firebase (database & auth), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and Google Analytics (metrics).

• Other users: public information about registered vendors (business name, location) is visible to other users on the App map.

• Your data is stored on secure servers (Google Cloud / Firebase and Vercel).
• We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest to protect your information.
• We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
• No system is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:
