1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the World Cup Stickers app ("App") and the site figurinhadacopa.com ("Site"), you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

World Cup Stickers is a digital sticker album app for the 2026 FIFA World Cup that lets users scan physical stickers with their phone camera, organize their collection digitally and find nearby swap spots. The service is offered free for collectors, with paid features for vendors who want to appear as swap spots on the app map.

3. Registration and Account

  • You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Minors under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account.

4. Use of the Service

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system or other users.
  • Not submit offensive, fraudulent or rights-infringing content.
  • Not use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the service.
  • Not resell, copy or distribute App content without authorization.

5. Vendor Registration

  • Vendors may register their establishments as swap spots via a monthly subscription.
  • Information provided must be truthful and match the real establishment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or remove registrations that don't meet our quality criteria.
  • The subscription is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. There is no proportional refund for periods already paid.

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the App and Site — including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images and software — is owned by World Cup Stickers or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by FIFA, Panini or any World Cup organizing entity.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is", with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
  • We are not responsible for sticker trades made between users outside the App.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by registered vendors (hours, location, etc.).
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notification in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo — SP, to the exclusion of any other.
